Petticoat Boot RuffleI knew 2010 was going to be a stellar year. It's Year of the Tiger, for one thing. That's me, Year of the Tiger. And now to cement my point about the wonderfulness that is and will continue to be 2010, Pantone has announced their color of the year. Turquoise!
If you know me, you know it's my favorite color. I love love love turquoise. Turquoise as a color, in all its many shades, as a stone, in clothing, jewelry, accessories, paint, fabric, water, you name it, I love that color.
To celebrate Year of Turquoise, I will have a number of turquoise features and some surprises (that you will see here first). Throughout the year.
I think I just had a little mini epiphany as I'm typing this. Perhaps it should be Turquoise Tuesday. Each Tuesday something different involving turquoise. Do I dare attempt a regular series...? As you probably already know, I'm not very good at keeping up with those. I think this one is really worth a try though. I have a good feeling about it...So hold on to your hats, my darling dears...
In case you wondered where I was yesterday. In so many words, it was a day better left unsaid, so to speak. Yes, it was that kind of day. I'm glad it's over and now it's onward and upward!
