Fresh Fringe...

Prairie Sky Cowl

Purple Heart Scarf Set

Fringeification Necklace No. 003

These four new pieces were just a joy to make. I loved working with the different colors and textures.

Two happy tidbits:

I'm excited to announce that I will be updating my shop with new goodies on Thursday. I hope you'll tune in to see what I've been working on.

Also, did you notice I have added a newsletter sign-up on the left sidebar of this blog? I will be sending out newsletters each month with Fringe news and special deals just for you. I truly look forward to this new feature, and I hope you will too...

My wish is that your week is off to a magnificent start! Some feel that Mondays are not so great, but personally, I love Mondays.

Thank you so much for visiting, dear sweet friends. Your comments are a joy to read...xo

Turquoise Tuesday...

Happy Turquoise Tuesday, darling friends! My beautiful brother, a.k.a. the one and only Brock Street, gave me this week's theme idea. Of course, he always inspires me. Today's focus is on neck wear. Now, as you may have guessed, it was sheer torture once again this week trying to narrow down my choices. I went with a variety of styles, but will naturally have to return to this subject in the future. There are just too too many gorgeous necklaces with some sort of turquoise composition. Swoon....

For this week, I found six amazing, gorgeous, fun, and feminine pieces that I hope you will enjoy gazing at...

belle fleur deluxe necklace by catROCKS

summer sky necklace at Anthropologie

What do you think? Aren't they all scrumptious? Can't you see yourself wearing one of these beauties with a flirty spring or summer frock? Truly, they would be the perfect adornment for your wardrobe. Great for a summer vacation, or just kicking around town.

I hope you enjoyed this week's turquoise feature. I certainly enjoyed finding these...with the exception of the Old Navy necklace which my brother found for me (the starting point for this week's theme).

Thank you so much for dropping in, lovelies. I always get such a joy out of reading your comments.

I wish you a beautiful, terrific Tuesday, filled with little wonders and bursts of happiness...xo

Easy Urban Hip, Week 2: The Sea of Love...

boring sidney

leaves of glass
bayou salvage
talula

Come with me, my love, to the sea, the sea of love. I love that old song. I chose this theme because summer is here and as I live 2 miles, as the crow flies, from the pacific ocean, I felt it appropriate. So, as you can see, I chose creations from our urban hip team in shades of the sea. Can't you just feel that soft ocean breeze...? I hope so! I have added the links to these items below so please check them out.

Hello and Welcome

This is the beginning of a beautiful friendship. The idea for this blog came from another beautiful friendship, Kateri Morton, creator of Leaves of Glass. It was her idea to create a blog that showcases not only our own creations, but also the creations of our circle of friends and very talented artists. The links for each of these artists can be found on the right side of this page under the title "The Makers of Eclectic Accessories". These incredible creators are all original. Each one has an "urban hip" style that is unique and cutting-edge. We are all featured on the Etsy site and that is where we all met. Every Wednesday I will add a new, themed list consisting of one item per artist, all of which coordinate with each other. I am very excited about this blog. It's a first for me so please know that it is a work in progress! Here are the artists that I am proud to present to you:
