Fresh Fringe...finally...

Hello and Happy Monday, dear ones! It's been quite some time since I've added new designs to Fringe. Ever since the Bump in the Road, actually. I've had many new pieces sitting here in my studio, waiting patiently for me to give them the last bit of attention they need for showing. I'm slowly getting back to where I was before, creatively. I hope to get back to my weekly shop updates soon.

Here are the first of my new designs. The Keepsake Neck Ruffle was designed with the same philosophy I use for many of my Fringe pieces. Combining the past with the present. To me, it adds more meaning to my work. As you know, I love adding vintage components to my designs, and here are three more examples of just that. I hope you'll enjoy viewing them...

Keepsake Neck Ruffle 001
Bright white, sky blue.
Tiny vintage skeleton key.

Watery blue, chartreuse green.
Tiny vintage skeleton key.

Dainty, feminine pink.
Vintage mother-of-pearl buttons.

These lightweight collars are adjustable, thanks to the velvet ribbon ties. Perfect for the warmer months ahead of us. I love making them...They're so ruffle-y, fun and ultra feminine. I have 4 new color combos coming up this week at Fringe.

For those of you here in the U.S., I hope you're having a wonderful holiday weekend. We had a lovely day yesterday. This morning it's rainy, but hopefully it will clear up enough for the little impromptu barbecue gathering we're having here with a couple of our neighbors...

Thank you so much for visiting! I'm so happy you did...xo

So happy that your creative spirit is starting to be stirred once again. Those "bumps" can put quite a damper on that side of ourselves can't they, it takes a while for the creativity to immerge again to it's former state, time-wise and inspiration-wise.

Your Neck Ruffles are so sweet and I love the use of the keys (on velvet ribbons no less!) and number's two and three have such amazing colors...the combinations are perfect, two of my faves.

Hope you had a wonderful 4th & happy continued creating! :)

Oh D...I saw your comment and ran lickity split over to my blog and just posted. We've had family visiting and I've been a bit under the weather to boot so my poor blog had been holding steady, waiting for me to be able to hang out with it again.

Thanks so much for giving me the little "kick" I needed!!! ;)
XOXO J~
