The theme for this Turquoise Tuesday is wall art. To me, that doesn't necessarily mean a painting, drawing or photograph, as you will see. I believe we can hang any number of things on our walls and the more unusual, the better. It's what makes our personalities stand out in our home. Home is the best place to showcase our loves, our collections, our interests...no rules apply. Whatever makes you happy and feels right....
Here are a few pieces that I would definitely hang on my walls. I love them all. Some are completely saturated in shades of turquoise, and some have merely a turquoise accent, but all are extra special...
This delightful drawing is by Tush Tush. Reminds me of my boy's first haircut.
Vintage Film Reels found at Sleepy Owl Vintage. I would love to have them hanging on my wall.
This limited edition giclee print by Leah Giberson is titled Seaside. I love the clear crisp colors and the general feel of this scene.
Vintage Ruffled Lace Doily found at Sweet Rice. I bet you wouldn't be surprised to know that I would frame this charming doily and hang it on my wall in a heartbeat.
This fine art by Frances Photography is titled Sea Reflections. This vibrant piece makes me all kinds of happy to look at.
I hope you enjoyed this week's featured items as much as I enjoyed presenting them to you.
Thank you so much, darling dears, for taking time out of your day to come visit. I'm so thrilled that you did…xo

I love them all! There's nothing like a splash of turquoise to brighten up the day.

Sherry - your stove! oh my goodness. i have stove envy :)
Katie - i couldn't agree more. turquoise is such a healing color.
Thank you all, dear friends, for being so loyal and lovely...

Thank you, sweet Suz! You're such a peach of a girl...

I love all of them. The seaside looks like it could have been San Diego about 50 years ago...and that doily is beautiful! Which probably lived in that seaside home 50 years ago..lol
Do you want to come to my house and help me decide what to hang and what not to hang? Just teasing. Most of my wall hangings are art that pleases me, and photos of my grandchildren.
Waterrose - you are so right about Seaside. There are still some parts of San Diego that remain that way, but they're becoming fewer and fewer...I love the doily too :)
Marilynne - thank you so much for stopping by...I'm certain that if your walls are covered with favorite art and photos of your grandchildren then they look beautiful and perfect.
xoxo
