75 Septembers Wrap.

New at Fringe, 75 Septembers Wrap. I wanted to create a feeling of days gone by, and at the same time, up-to-the-minute urban prairie chic. I used vintage pieces for the kilt pin brooch. The effect was meant to be a creation that could step back into the 1970's or 1870's as well as hold it's own as a strong presence in this season's fashion scene.
